Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. About us and this service

PriceUp (getpriceup.co.uk) is operated by Kayja Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15562258). Registered office: 92 Sheldon Road, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 0BX. Contact: support@getpriceup.co.uk. PriceUp is a quote tool for tradespeople and businesses using it in the course of their trade. By using PriceUp you agree to these terms.

2. Free plan and paid subscription

New accounts start on the free plan: up to 5 quotes a month, with a PriceUp watermark on the PDF, at no charge. Trade Pro removes the watermark and adds your business name and signature; it costs £29 a month or £290 a year and renews until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

3. Quotes are drafts: you are responsible for checking them

PriceUp uses speech-to-text and artificial intelligence to turn your spoken or written job description into a draft line-item quote. Every generated quote, description, quantity, price, VAT amount and total is a draft. PriceUp does not visit your site, check regulations or guarantee material or labour costs. You are responsible for checking and editing every line, price, tax rate and total before you send a quote to a customer.

4. Data and privacy

Voice and text you submit are processed by external providers such as OpenAI, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use and liability

Do not misuse the service, try to get around the monthly quote limit, or submit unlawful content. To the extent the law allows, Kayja Solutions Ltd is not liable for lost profit, under-quoted work, lost contracts or indirect loss arising from your use of draft quotes, and our total liability to you will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
