1. Who we are
PriceUp (getpriceup.co.uk) is operated by Kayja Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15562258). Registered office: 92 Sheldon Road, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN14 0BX. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZC200419. 2. What we collect and why
- Account and profile details: your email address, and the business name, trade, phone number and logo you choose to add. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Voice notes and quote content: the recordings or text you submit to make a quote, and the resulting line items and PDFs. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- Billing records: subscription and payment records. Payments are processed by Stripe and we do not store your card number. Lawful basis: contract, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.
- Service emails and onboarding tips: sign-in links, quota notices and tips on using PriceUp. You can opt out of tips and upgrade offers at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing support@getpriceup.co.uk. Lawful basis: contract for service messages, and legitimate interests for tips and offers to people who have signed up (PECR regulation 22(3)).
3. Your customers' details on quotes
If you enter your own customer's name, address or contact details into a quote, you are the controller of that information and we process it for you, on your instructions, to produce and store your quotes.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use these service providers to run PriceUp: OpenAI (turning voice and text into a draft quote), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and our cloud hosting and database providers. Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
5. How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep your account and quote data while your account is active. Billing records are kept for six years for tax purposes. You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or ask us to delete your personal data. To use any of these rights, or to ask us to delete your account, email support@getpriceup.co.uk. We will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
